Symptoms

The symptoms of POTS are widespread and range in severity. They will range from person to person, and come and go. Often the symptoms change when your body is changing positions, mostly when standing up.

 Here is a list of common symptoms experienced by P.O.T.S patients:
  • Lightheadedness
  • Fainting
  • Increased Heart Rate
  • General weakness of the body
  • Dizziness
  • Brain fog
  • Problems with concentration
  • Inability to exercise or complete routine daily activities.
  • Memory loss or trouble recalling words.
  • Loss of breath
  • Extreme Fatigue
  • Anxiety
  • Low blood pressure
  • Numbness 
  • Tingling Sensations
  • Back aches and pain.
  • Muscle Pain
  • Headaches
  • Sleep disorders
  • Blurry or Tunnel Vision

Some patients with POTS can experience different or more severe symptoms, depending on the person. Make sure to make your doctor aware of all symptoms you are having.
